Unity Christian has a tradition off carrying off senior players from the football field after the last home game. On Friday evening, Oct. 17, they had their work cut out for them. Eighteen seniors left the field on the shoulders of their teammates. A 48-14 win over Spirit Lake assured a Wednesday, Oct. 29, playoff with Cherokee. The Knights advanced by a score of 44-20 to the state competition against Okoboji in Milford, to be played on Monday, Nov. 3.
