Festival Latino in downtown Orange City on Wednesday evening, June 6, featured costumes and dance by two troupes from Sioux City, La Perla Tapatia (The Pearls of Guadalajara) and Estrellas de Jalisco (The Stars of Jalisco). The event was sponsored by the Orange City Arts Council, AdvancePierre Foods with financial assistance from the Sioux County Community Foundation.
