Though he admits he would not have chosen to run in a 20-mph headwind and temperatures in the single digits, Northwestern College alum Jim Ellis (pictured here in front) did not let that stop him. Local resident and friend to Ellis Mark Alsum also joined him in the last few miles to Orange City. Ellis arrived in Orange City after a 34+ mile run from Kingsley.
